I feel I have been unfairly dismissed within 6 months of a permanent full time job, am I likely to be able to look at unfair dismissal?

Generally, am employee cannot claim for unfair dismissal if you have less than a year's service. There are exceptions to this - if you think you have been discriminated against, for example. If you want to discuss this further, please call on 0161 474 7111/07515 485 803.
