Employment question:

I have written to my solicitor with an 'off-panel request' for another solicitor to be appointed, but have been told that my solicitor must agree to this request, if so, am I able to choose which solicitor to represent me, what happens if my solicitor refuses this request, despite mky having already made a complaint and receiving no response?

Generally you have a freedom of choice to instruct the solictor you want. For my information click the link for our fact sheet on legal expenses insurance http://www.turbervilles.co.uk/-/pdfs/fact_sheet_on_legal_expenses_insurance/pdf/
