Employment question:

My organisation has changed my continuous service changed from 1996 to 2003 when I queried a new contract with the wrong date on it, they are now saying I have had a break in service according to the redundancy modification order what can I do?

You firstly need to dispute this in writing if you have not done so already. I would suggest that you also ask for your personnel file so that you can see exactly what has been done, when etc.
