Planning law question:

After a long battle Maidstone council took me to court for landscaping my garden, at the time i did not know i needed planning permission, the court handed me a conditional discharge for one yr, now can Maidstone council take me back to court when the yr is up for the same thing?

If the landscaping is the same and you have not since got consent, then indeed they can.

Whether they will or not is of course another matter. If they succeed, then the court would take a more serious view of things.

You could of course apply for planning permission, but there is no guarantee that it will be granted.
