Family and relationships question:
my daughters ex partner has a claim on her 3 properties as he remorgaged his house to go into the bed+breakfast business with her . She borrowed £95 .000 off of me (MOTHER) towards the deposit i want to put in a claim on her properties when she sells them also.

I take it that there may be a dispute between you and your daughter in which case you may need to consider court action to recover your money. Once you obtain a judgement you can apply for a charging order and have that registered at the Land Registry. If your daughter sells the properties before you can get all this sorted you may need to think of an injunction - urgently. Speak to a lawyer as soon as you can, and good luck.
