Employment question:

I am taking my former employer to Tribunal for unfair dismissal. I am representing myself and have got to the stage of preparing the bundle for the hearing. The Respondent and I are due to agree the bundle on 15th Dec. The Judge has issued directives to the Respondent to disclose documents to me that I've requested. They have to let me have these by 13th Dec. Can I include these in the bundle even though they weren't listed asw part of my evidence. Also,it seems as if the Respondent has fabricated meeting notes and letters that they say they gave me. What can I do about this? I have asked the Respondent to let me have the history from their computer proving showing when the letter was created etc but I believe this can be fabricated as well. What can I do about this?

Tribunals are a formal forum and it is often the case that you need to prepare well and carefully for the full heearing.

You may need detailed advice on this as there are rules about disclosure.

Yes you can include them in the bundle.
Fabrication - you need to address this in cross examination.
