Employment question:

12 months I have been treated unfairly by my manger, always done on a 1-1.I have also faced many forms of disciplinary action, which was all dropped. In my first 2 years of my career it was perfect and I had everythink going for me, but in the last 12 months since this new boss has taken over its been terrible. I made a complaint and there was a mediation to which I was not party to. I then handed a grievance in as things did not improve. It took them 3 weeks to respond to this and then my grievance was heard. I have found out today my grievance has been thrown out. I wouls also like to mention I have been on paid leave for 4weeks while a nother pending disciplinary is taking place against myself from some one else, all to which I believe my manager is behind. I feel I am beind discriminated against and bullied and feel its now just about forcing myself out. Due to this I am now on anti depressants. So what do I do? I have 7 days to appeal re the grievance. Fighting a losing battle.Do I take this to an independant tribunal, over the decision of my grievance?, as I feel once the disciplinary happens they will just get rid of me.

Sorry to hear of your troubles at work.
You do not state on what grounds you believe that you have been discriminated on and in what way.

You will also need to appeal against the latest warning or grievance outcome.

Your query really needs to be broken down in stages so that advice can be given.

Feel free to contact me on 0161 474 7111 - there is no charge for this.

You also do not have the right to take it to an independent tribunal based on the above facts. Tribunals generally have jurisdiction to deal with claims once someone has been dismissed (but not always as there are execeptions).
