I raised issues about not being consulted in redundancy with everyone else (500+) my questions remain unanswered, i am on long term sick- is this discrimination

This would depend upon if you qualify for a particular type of discrimination. For example, race, sex, disability. If the latter, the condition must last for longer than a year.
You may wish to raise a formal grievance so that your questions are answered.
There may also be other issues present in your case relating to annual leave owing.
