Family and relationships question:
My question is regarding family law. I am currently using the solicitor recommended by your site.I took up his advice and started the annulment case even though i wanted to file for divorce on the grounds of unreasonale behaviour. Now i have been told that i have lost the case due to the grounds stated in my annulment petition. I have lost the money and will have to start the divorce case again. My soilicitor doesn't always get back to me and I am always chasing him regarding my e-mails and telephone queries. I am really stressed out due to losing the case and the money and top my solicitor isn't helping at all. Please advice what can i do to make the situation bit better?

Sounds like your solicitor has some questions to answer. If the answers are unsatisfactory make a formal complaint to the partner in that firm who is responsible for dealing with complaints. If you are still not happy contact another solicitor and possibly the Legal Ombudsman. Gone are the days when clients must accept bad service or even negligent advice. Good Luck!
