I am an illegal immigrant living here for 11 years with two children as a single mom I need to know what steps i can take to get things sorted please so i can take care of my two lilttle girls 3 yrs and 7 yrs.

From the limited information you have provided, you may be granted leave to remain on the basis of private life after 7years continous residence as one of your dependent child is under the age of 18.
