Accident claims question:
recently been involved in a car accident which wasnt my fault,my car was a write off abd valued at 400 pound,because she didnt admit liability they wanted to settle 50/50 which we agreed,but a week later she admited liability i recieved 200 for my car now she admitted woult i be able to claim the rest

It looks as though they should now pay the rest. If she accepts it was all her fault, you should get the lot.
