Employment question:
If i fail to attend a employment tribunal will the case be heard in my absence and will i incur any fees should i win or lose?
Responses:
Major Singh-Raud's response
It is strongly advisable to let the Tribunal know as it is publicly funded.
A decision can be made in your absence but the Respodent may have the case dismissed in your absence.
