Medical claims question:
If I contracted MRSA in hospital; does that mean the hospital was to blame? And can I then claim off them?

Proving how MRSA was contracted can be difficult but you should consult an experienced Medical Claims solicitor. Much will depend on the procedures in place at the hospital (and the extent to which they follow recommended procedures). And if you think they did not follow good procedures (eg staff did not wash hands frequently; cleaning was second-rate) then tell the solicitor.
