There is something called an occupation order for issues of this nature but you have to apply for this with notice or without. The Court usually requires a little more evidence to support the application such as photographic evidence, medical evidence and police reference numbers. The injury does not have to be serious per se but the fact that someone is being subjected to domestic violence usually means that you can apply. Note that this does not mean you will be successful.
