Immigration question:
my son has just married a turkish girl they have been together for over two years but her work visa was refused in december and is now on its thired apeal she has been in the uk since 2009 if this apeal is turned down will she have to go back to turkey to apply for a spouse visa and how long would it take to get and would my son have to go out there as well which would not be possible as he has medical problems that need treatment evey two to three weeks he does not claim any bennifits but is in a low paid job any help or advice would be great
