Employment question:

i have had 4 fixed term contracts since 2008 and now i am hearing i may lose my job after this 4th contract?please what isthe law on fixed term contracts and can i sue for constructive dismissal

This does not seem like a claim for constructive dismissal. However, you can challenge the fact that you have had 4 contracts, if on a consecutive rolling basis. There can sometimes be a case for unfair dimissal but the case law is vast on this point.
