Employment question:

I was dismissed from an NHS Trust 2000 and then removed from the nurses register in 2003 prior to Improving Working lives introduction in 2000. Is there any way of challenging the way I was treated. Happy to do it as a collective rather than individual.

From an employment law perspective, it is highly unlikely that you can take action. Claims are usually limited to 3 months less one day although there may be exceptions but this would not fall within that category.
