I had my employment terminated and am appealing against this discision how long should i wait to hear from my letter of appeal?

If the employer has points to investigate, it can take 14-12 days. Generally, the company's discplinary procedure will state the timings (usually 7 days for an appeal).
You may wish to discuss if you have an unfair dismissal claim too.
