Employment question:

I worked 4 years for a big brand international company I feel signs of bieng managed out due to my financial performance target - but my other performance is one of the best. i am the only forign manager in the club, i feel hrassed and bulied and targeted to resign, during my working hours one day even was invited for a pint suggesting to resign, my one two ones lately takes more than 3 hours and often start to have a regular meetings more than 2wice a week. feels unfaire and left to do my job correctely even I Have a good truck record in the past- awarded on of the best performers. but now seems like hel working for a new boss from a new company just took over. my team and clients start asking question why too many meetings with the boss, and wondering what is going on as i seems beaten up.

It would be advisable for you to keep a log of what is happening and the dates. You have the right to lodge a grievance and then a right to appeal against the decision.

If you do decide to resign, I strongly suggest that you take advice as it is not always straightforward to resign and then claim constructive dismissal.

If you need anyone to look at your grievance letter before you send it, do let us know.

You will also need to be accurate about how your treatment is less favourable in comparison to other employees such as the one to ones taking longer
