Family and relationships question:
I have had a case for over 5 years I am divorcing my husband the courts have found 5 million pounds and i have recieved very little money to this date. My husband is in jail for refusing to pay alimony and agreeing to settle our case. Can the judge give me some of the back alimony that is owed to me? Is there a time limit this case can continue? Is there anyway to force the judge to release my money my attorney is incompetent and is not motivated as he is court appointed and will be paid very little. my husbands attny. is very expensive. Should i request a new judge or a new attorney
