Valerie Wilkinson has represented us during two house sales / purchases and she has also received and actioned our instructions in relation to our will on a number of occasions.

I used Valerie Wilkinson for the sale of my old house and purchase of my new property in 2009. The purchase of the new house wasn't entirely straight forward but Val was able to the resolve the problems and took the stress out of each transaction. Val always answered queries promptly and kept me updated at all times. She is very efficient and extremely good in pushing the other side's solicitors. I would certainly recommend her to anyone and have actaully used her again recently.

I would absolutely recommend Valerie. She has just completed an equity buy-out for me and was extremely efficient, explained the process in simple terms and dealt with the entire transaction behind the scenes. It was completely stress free from my perspective, fees were explained up front (and reasonable for the excellent service you get) and it was clear my interests were being well served. She is also very personable to deal with.

Valerie was recommended to me by a friend who had also recently bought a house and used Valerie as their solicitor. She lived up to every part of the recommendation and even beat other quotes I had for fees.
Buying a house was a new experience for me so I had quite a few questions. Valerie found time to not only answer my questions but ensure I understood exactly what I was paying for.
It is also worth mentioning that her team is excellent too, her secretaries were very useful too.
