Immigration question:

I have been granted “Limited Leave to Remain” for five years as a dependant of my parent. Now I will apply for ILR myself soon. However I am extremely regretful to inform you that due to an unwanted discrepancy I was sentenced for 18 months but severed 9 months of my sentence and 9 months at home under probation because I have a baby boy and my girl friend (English) at the time was under age but physically grown like an adult. I had to go through a lot of complication for two years. However things have turned good as she became an adult now and we are sharing the responsibilities of our baby. We also planing to get married after completed our graduation as both of our parents would like us to do so. According to a reference my ILR application is likely to be refused due to above mention incident and it may also be affected my family’s application too. For you information please note that, When the incident took place I was only 18 years old but mentally immature. If this causes any effects on my family’s applications my life will be more devastated as they already been through a lot because of me. Could you please kindly suggest me the best possible way to apply for my ILR with the chances to be considered.
