Family and relationships question:
after 6 years, my 14 year old son has moved in with his father, after a difficult time at home with me.His father is now demanding I pay him maintenance for my son, even though his father earns double what I do, and I pay £600 per month for half his school fees, which is at least £400 per month more than 15% of my net income. He has threatened to go to the CSA. Would the CSA try to take the money from me at sourcce, even though I pay so much for my sons education?
