Buying a flat or house question:

The house I'm buying is subject to a Restriction Order due to one of the vendors having criminal proceedings against them (Proceeds of Crime Act). There is a variation to the order allowing the house to be sold, but my solicitor will not exhange without and undertaking from their solicitor that they will endeavour to have this removed on completion, the CPS will not provide this undertaking to their solicitor merely saying it will be removed, after the sale completes therefore their solicitor is unwilling to provide the undertaking to my solicitor who states to me that I will have no legal protection if I instruct the exchange to go ahead without this and he is trying to protect my legal interests as a client. I feel we are at stalemate and the onus will be left with me, my buyer is becoming increasingly inpatient. Your advice please.
