It does not sound like something that the Tribunal has jurisdiction to hear. Unless you were dismissed or one of the other employment rights apply to you.

i have a claim since last year ref back pay for teaching assistant wages,but never here anything. how long is this going to take?

You need to write to the Employment Tribunal and request when it will be listed for a hearing.
