Suing question:

A crooked immigration solicitor offered me wrong advice and caused me to overstay in the UK. He has ruined my reputation and my immigration history. The OISC absolved him of any wrong doing whatsoever saying his advice was not the reason I overstayed in the UK. Will I ever be able to bring an action against this man in court...? The statute of limitation may be running out and most negligence lawyers do not want to get involved in immigration negligence.
