Children question:
My ex husband has made a Contact application to court. Children aged 9 and 11 do not want to see Father because of the abusive behaviour they have witnessed. A contact centre was used and they refused to see him. I have supervised contact visits which have ended in disaster with the children witnessing abusive behaviour and becoming very distressed. is the court likely to force the children to see their Father.
