Buying a flat or house question:
I am having great difficulty selling my house because of my neighbours. Their front lawn and drive is full of cars and old building materials – it is a real eyesore. Is there any way I can get them to tidy up their front area, and so make my house more sellable?

Probably not. I am afraid there is unlikely to be anything you can do about it.
If the mess is so bad that it creates a health hazard, then you might be able to get the council involved (contact their Environmental Health Department).
