Consumer and shopping claims question:

at the beginning of the year I bought 1500 silver britannia coins the quality was terrible they got in touch with the royal mint who exchanged them now the replacements are even worse. now the boss of the company said last week I could have a full refund , now he says he did not speak to me at all last week and ignores emails says he will buy them back for £9.00 a coin less than I paid. What are my rights please
