Family and relationships question:
My name is on a mortgage with my sisters. I left home in 2009 and would now like my name removing from the mortgage. I would like a solicitor to do this on my behalf as I do not want any contact with them. What procedure would I need to take? What kind of Solicitors do I need to approach? Thanks

I am solicitor dealing with property matters. You would need to speak to the lender to ask that they remove you from the mortgage. If you are on the mortgage then you will also be on the title to the property and it will be necessary to sign a TR1 (the land registry transfer form) to transfer the property into your sisters' names.
I would deal with this on your behalf if wish.
