Consumer and shopping claims question:

hi, i bought a dfs sofa, looked fine in the shop, once delivered it collapsed, they repaired it, collapsed again, they sent out another repair guy who we reported a fault with the cover to, he ordered us replacement covers and fixed the collapse. waited 2 months to get covers, eventually went and found them in the store warehouse after constantly being told they were in various transit. took the replacement covers home, fitted them and within a week they are falling apart with huge seam tears across seating, we now wish to return the furniture and request full refund plus potential compensation for stress of waiting times, and not being able to sit on the couch. how should i go about doing this?
