Family and relationships question:
I have seperated from my husband for two years. I have 2 children (8 & 6). I moved out under the proviso that my ex would pay the rent and make sure I was ok financially. He has so far paid only two months rent and I have to ask him for money each month and I am still waiting my settlement. He also says we are divorced but I have not received decree nisci or decree absolute, but according to his mum she has seen the papers!

If divorce proceedings have been issued you should have been served with the papers, and sent copies of the Decree Nisi and Decree Absolute from the court.
In relation to financial matters, if your agreement has been incorporated into a a court order (if worded correctly) it should be enforceable. Failing which you need some help negotiating a fair settlement.
