Employment question:
i have been working for a company for 13 years and we have recently been taken over.now they are trying to change all our terms and conditions.they are trying to turn round and say they are using an ETO to change everything.my contrcted hours are 9 to 4.30,we had to supply our own car for work,now thwy are saying i have to have their car and my working hours .where do i stand with this.
