Family and relationships question:
My husband of 22 years has started divorce proceedings as he has a new partner. We havelived apart for 5 years so he tells me he can do this because he has told his solicitor he does not know of my whereabouts. He does in fact know exactly where I live. Whilst I have no objection to a divorce I do want my share of his military pension which is huge as he left me with nothing. What can I do?
